Job summary

J&J Snack Foods Corp. seeks a QA Technician to join the 3rd shift, monitoring processes, recording results, and upholding SOPs across our manufacturing floor.

You will perform daily GMP audits, conduct metal detector and temperature checks, keep paperwork accurate, and ensure a clean, compliant work area while communicating issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience following SOPs and GMPs.
• Ability to perform routine checks including metal detectors and temperature controls.
• Experience documenting results clearly and accurately.

Position Summary

• Monitor processes per Bakers Best SOPs and written procedures. Accurately record information on designated forms and at specified times.
• 3rd Shift

Essential Functions

• Make certain all paperwork is filled out properly and neatly.
• Perform necessary checks at the designated times such as metal detector, internal temperature, freezer temperature checks, etc.
• Perform daily GMP audit and report findings to supervisor.
• Monitor personnel to make sure they are following proper procedures.
• Communicate any issues with supervisor.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
