Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory, or audiovisual experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of lighting or audiovisual equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong time management abilities.
• Ability to safely lift and move equipment as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for live events and production technology.

Responsibilities

• Equipment inspection: Visually examine lighting equipment and components to identify cleaning, repair, or preparation needs.
• Quality control: Perform testing and functional checks to ensure equipment operates properly under show conditions.
• Cosmetic repairs: Complete minor repairs, routine cleaning, and replacement of labels as needed.
• Case preparation: Inspect shipping cases and complete basic repairs including foam placement and case organization.
• Order fulfillment: Review show orders, manifests, and rental reservations to ensure equipment packages are complete and accurate.
• Inventory support: Locate missing order elements, identify discrepancies, and report repair requirements.
• Warehouse organization: Maintain organized inventory storage using warehouse binning systems and safe equipment handling practices.
• Show preparation: Stage and prepare equipment for shipment while ensuring all ancillary components are included.
• Truck loading support: Assist with loading trucks and positioning cases to ensure safe transport and balanced loads.
• Operational excellence: Support overall warehouse efficiency, cleanliness, and equipment readiness.
