Job summary

LMG is seeking a part-time Equipment Technician to inspect and test video gear, prep show orders, and support QA in a live event setting across Orlando, FL and Nashville, TN.

You will organize gear, verify components, coordinate with teams, and help maintain inventory during peak periods. A detail-focused, production-driven mindset is essential for delivering reliable event experiences.

Inspect and Test Equipment

• Perform detailed inspections and functional testing of video equipment and related systems before deployment.
• Verify equipment readiness, quality standards, and operational accuracy.

Prepare Show Orders

• Organize, pull, and stage equipment to support accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
• Confirm all required components and accessories are included before shipment.

Support Quality Assurance

• Identify equipment concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Maintain documentation and follow established quality control processes.

Maintain Inventory Readiness

• Assist with equipment returns, organization, and inventory management activities.
• Support warehouse operations and equipment preparation during peak demand periods.
