  • Strong time management and ability to follow tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure equipment readiness by performing visual and functional inspections of lighting fixtures, control systems, and accessories before deployment.
  • Prepare accurate show orders by verifying equipment condition, cleanliness, firmware updates, and order accuracy.
  • Validate performance and reliability by testing lighting systems using appropriate consoles and accessories to simulate real-world event conditions.
  • Support equipment quality standards by identifying discrepancies and communicating equipment issues requiring repair or replacement.
  • Maintain inventory readiness by assisting with post-show returns, documenting damaged equipment, and returning gear to inventory.
  • Keep operations organized by maintaining clean, efficient prep and storage areas and following established quality-control procedures.
  • Collaborate across disciplines by supporting video, LED, and audio teams during show preparation activities when needed.
  • Contribute to warehouse operations during high-volume preparation periods and other equipment handling activities.
