Job summary

LMG in Las Vegas is seeking an Audio Equipment Technician. You will inspect and quality-check gear before and after rentals, perform cosmetic repairs, and ensure items are clean, labeled, and ready for customer use.

You will prepare and fulfill orders by reviewing paperwork and pulling the correct serial and non-serial equipment, coordinating with warehouse teams to track inventory. This role may require up to 25% travel and involves using inventory systems and creating accurate manifests,

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of IC Tech Levels 1, 2 and 3 requirements.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Adaptability, initiative, and a commitment to safety.
  • Comfort working with inventory systems, documentation, and detailed equipment tracking processes.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as required.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and quality-check audio equipment before and after rentals to confirm functionality, cleanliness, labeling, and presentation standards.
  • Perform routine cosmetic repairs, including cleaning, relabeling, and basic part replacement activities that support quality standards.
  • Prepare and fulfill equipment orders by reviewing show paperwork, pull lists, and quotes to accurately fulfill rental and show orders.
  • Identify and prepare the serial and non-serial equipment needed for each order.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operational teams to ensure equipment is scanned, manifested, tracked, and correctly returned to inventory systems.
  • Assist with asseting and intake of new audio equipment, including documentation and barcode application.
  • Receive and process cross-rental and inbound audio gear, verifying condition, labeling, and order accuracy.
  • Stage equipment for shipment and support the movement of inventory through established processes.
  • Use R2 and related software to create and maintain accurate manifests and equipment records.
  • Help maintain organized inventory areas and support general warehouse operations, customer pickups and returns, local deliveries, and internal inquiries.

What You'll Do
