Responsibilities

  • Drive Quality and Readiness: Ensure LED and related equipment is inspected, tested, and ready to meet customer requirements; maintain QA standards and equipment traceability; complete inspection and documentation for compliance.
  • Support Operational Excellence: Assist with daily planning, show prep, demos, organization, and workflow coordination; train and support team members; communicate across departments to maximize efficiency.
  • Resolve Equipment Challenges: Review tech requirements and drawings to verify system readiness; identify availability issues and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve; work with engineering and operations to address issues and support fulfillment timelines.
  • Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Organize inventory and support warehouse storage and equipment management; track availability and maintain records; assist with equipment requests from customers and internal teams.

What You'll Do
Drive Quality and Readiness
  • Ensure LED and related equipment is properly prepared, inspected, tested, and ready to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain quality assurance standards and equipment traceability throughout the preparation process.
  • Complete inspection and documentation processes to verify compliance with quality standards.
Support Operational Excellence
