Job summary

LMG is seeking a part-time Equipment Inspector/Prep role in Orlando, FL and Nashville, TN to ensure video systems meet quality standards and support event execution. You will inspect and test video equipment, prepare show orders, and assist with QA and inventory.

What You'll Do

Inspect and Test Equipment

• Perform detailed inspections and functional testing of video equipment and related systems before deployment.
• Verify equipment readiness, quality standards, and operational accuracy.

Prepare Show Orders

• Organize, pull, and stage equipment to support accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
• Confirm all required components and accessories are included before shipment.

Support Quality Assurance

• Identify equipment concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Maintain documentation and follow established quality control processes.

Maintain Inventory Readiness

• Assist with equipment returns, organization, and inventory management activities.
• Support warehouse operations and equipment preparation during peak demand periods.
