Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay Range: $16.50/hr – $19.88/hr (Based on experience and qualifications)

Do you have an eye for detail, a passion for technology, and a desire to work behind the scenes on major live events? LMG is hiring a QC Tech – LED to help prepare, test, and manage LED inventory used at conventions, tours, broadcasts, and corporate events.

Whether you are loading gear, inspecting panels, or staging orders for shipment, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact LED experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a QC Tech – LED, you will help ensure LED inventory is stage‑ready and meets LMG’s quality standards.

• Equipment Check-In and Check-Out: Handle inbound and outbound LED gear, verifying counts, condition, and documentation
• Visual Inspection: Examine equipment for damage or cleaning needs and perform minor cosmetic repairs such as cleaning and label replacement
• System Builds: Assist in building system racks and testing components based on show orders and client specifications
• Order Fulfillment: Review show orders, confirm completeness, locate missing components, and document all activity accurately
• Functional Testing: Replicate show conditions by setting up and testing LED components prior to shipment
• Inventory Organization: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse system for LED gear and assist with storage optimization
• Truck Loading: Support the logistics team with loading trucks to ensure safe and balanced transport of equipment

• Comfortable using basic tools and performing light repairs

Education

• 1-3 years hands‑on AV experience
• 1 year motorized or non-motorized materials handling equipment experience
