Job summary

Advanced Powder Products, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control professional for the 2nd shift at our Philipsburg, PA facility.

The role focuses on in-process and final inspections of metal components produced via MIM and 3D printing technologies, ensuring adherence to strict specifications. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, basic QA experience, and the ability to perform precise dimensional checks on production samples.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in QA or quality control preferred.
• Ability to perform in-process and final dimensional inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, and final dimensional visual inspections on products.
• Perform work in quality lab and on the production floor.
• Record and enter data from inspections into statistical process control software as needed.
• Work with supervision to assess compliance to the product requirements.
• Perform density, carbon, and hardness measurements.
• Assist with daily shipment organization and packaging.
• Assist with FAI and report preparation.
