Job summary

Advanced Powder Products, Inc. is seeking a reliable manufacturing associate to support our metal injection molding and 3D printing operations in Philipsburg, PA.

You will operate molding machines, CNCs, and hand tools, ensuring high-quality parts are produced to specifications. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to learn new techniques while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED or 1 year manufacturing experience.
  • General mechanical aptitude.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Must be safety conscious – wear safety glasses.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Present self in a clean, well-kept manner.

Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing equipment (molding machine, CNC, hand tools).
  • Set parts on ceramics and trays at prescribed rates.
  • Assist with loading and unloading furnace.
  • Insure work areas are cleaned and organized daily.
  • Measure products using calipers, microscopes, etc. to ensure quality production.
  • Inform managers of quality issues and ensure customer requirements and shipping demands are met.
