Job summary

Advanced Powder Products, Inc. is hiring for a hands-on manufacturing helper to support metal component production using molding, CNC, and finishing processes. You will handle set-up, measurement, and inspection tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to process instructions, with opportunities to learn our ProtoMIM and Printalloy technologies and contribute to high-quality outputs for medical, industrial, and defense applications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1 year manufacturing experience.
• General mechanical aptitude and basic math/computer skills.
• Orderly and responsible with tools; safety conscious and neat appearance.
• Willingness to learn new skills and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment (molding machine, CNC, hand tools).
• Use dexterity to set parts on ceramics and trays at prescribed rates.
• Assist with loading and unloading furnace.
• Ensure work areas are cleaned and organized daily.
• Measure products using calipers, microscopes, etc. to ensure quality.
• Inform managers of quality issues that arise.
• Ensure customer requirements and shipping demands are met.
• Overtime as needed.
