Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Technician – QC in Indianapolis to perform accurate analytical testing of routine and some non-routine samples in an IAPI setting. You will verify data, support root cause investigations, and contribute to quality improvements while following GMP guidelines.

The role requires a science-related associate degree or 3–5 years GMP lab experience, and proficiency with LIMS, Empower, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in science or 3–5 years of GMP analytical lab experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Experience with LIMS and Empower, plus strong data documentation.

Responsibilities

• Verify analytical data and perform routine and non-routine tests per SOPs.
• Enter and review data for accuracy in GMP-compliant lab records.
• Investigate deviations and support root cause analysis.
• Develop and revise worksheets and lab documentation for quality improvements.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment and ensure safety protocols.
