Qualifications

• Requires ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods during shift.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs individually or 100 lbs with assistance.
• Capable of operating scale and lab equipment safely and accurately.

Responsabilités

• Conduct lab testing for each batch (moisture, pH, salt, fat, brix, oxygen, viscosity).
• Perform quality checks on flavor, aroma, appearance, color, body and texture.
• Collect samples for microbiological testing and assist where needed.
• Document results accurately and notify management of out-of-spec results.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and adhere to GMP, HACCP, SQF guidelines.
