Job summary

Bel is seeking enthusiastic, accountable people to join our manufacturing team in Little Chute, WI. This hourly position supports quality and lab processes under the direction of the Quality Manager, including product quality inspection and development support.

Responsibilities include performing analytical, microbiological and organoleptic quality control tests, preparing reagents and equipment, collecting samples, and assisting with sales samples and inventory in the sample area.

Responsibilities

• Follow all standard operating procedures and ensure correct equipment settings
• Meet established KPI targets
• Identify issues and develop solutions
• Apply technical skills to perform complex tasks
• Perform daily checks of weights, scales, codes, labels, allergens, metal detectors, finished products, and sanitizing chemicals
• Support research and development functions, including shipping samples, raw materials, sampling, inspections and documentation
• Sample collection from production lines, preparation and testing
• Inspect products for packaging integrity and code information
• Test result review, analysis and record keeping
• Organoleptic analysis (tasting) of product in process
