Actalent is seeking a Quality Lab Technician for its Fond du Lac, WI site. The role involves performing analytical tests, data entry, and ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance in a nutrition-focused manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include testing and interpreting results, preparing samples for external testing, maintaining equipment, and documenting quality data. This contract-to-hire position offers weekday shifts with the potential for advancement within the nutrition business.

Qualificações

• Experience conducting laboratory tests and interpreting results in a quality-focused environment.
• Ability to perform laboratory computations and accurately report data.
• Familiarity with GMP and quality control procedures.
• Knowledge of basic chemistry, biology, microbiology, and wet chemistry techniques.
• Ability to read lab results, GMP manuals, HACCP programs, and procedure manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct and interpret laboratory tests to support product and environmental quality monitoring.
• Package and prepare samples for shipment to third-party testing locations, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
• Enter results into the computer system and report findings clearly.
• Troubleshoot laboratory issues and perform corrective actions to maintain accuracy and equipment reliability.
• Perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment to ensure proper operation and calibration.
• Coordinate orders with laboratory supply vendors and manage inventory.
