Job summary

Pharmavite is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for its lab operations in Ohio. The role manages general lab supplies, solvents, acids, reagents, and COA generation for customer service, while ensuring GDP and GMP compliance and accurate record keeping in LIMS.

The candidate will handle ordering, vendor quotes, and expense tracking, with emphasis on regulatory adherence and cross-functional collaboration within a GMP manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related manufacturing field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with GMPs and Quality Control or Quality Assurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and tracks shipment of samples to external lab testing and records results in LIMS.
• Ensures outside lab testing compliance against product specifications.
• Inputs COA results and coordinates with vendors for missing information.
• Manages inventory of general lab supplies and related materials.
• Generates COA certificates for customer service following GDP and GMP.
• Schedules and tracks routine lab instrument qualifications and maintenance.
