Job summary

Pharmavite in New Albany, OH, is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for general lab supplies, COA generation, and instrument maintenance coordination. You will track shipments, manage LIMS data, and ensure GMP/GDP compliance while supporting cost control through POs and reports.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or two years of college in a related field and at least two years in a regulated manufacturing environment. Strong computer and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related manufacturing field OR equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; GMP/QA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management of general lab supplies, solvents, acids, reagents.
• Order supplies and manage expenses via POs and expense reports.
• Coordinate shipment of samples to external labs and log results in LIMS.
• Generate COA for customer service and ensure GDP/GMP compliance.
• Schedule and track instrument qualifications and maintenance.
• Obtain quotes for QC materials and place orders; assist with invoices and cost controls.
