Job summary

Sensient Technologies is seeking a Lab Coordinator to support day-to-day QC lab operations. You will process Certificates of Analysis, manage lab supplies, coordinate tasks, and assist lab technicians and continuous improvement efforts.

This role is on-site, Monday–Friday, with training and development opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation accuracy and efficient lab workflow.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or equivalent education in a technical field.
• Experience in a lab environment (QC, testing, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Inventory management experience preferred with interdepartmental teamwork.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and support QC leadership as needed.
• Manage and order inventory for laboratory testing supplies.
• Coordinate multiple laboratory processes, priorities, and administrative tasks.
• Organize, maintain, and audit QC lab testing paperwork and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to support lab operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
