Job summary

Ortec is seeking a QC Laboratory Administrator to support processing, documentation, and testing within the QC Laboratory. You will ensure proper sample records, testing reporting, and maintain calibration and inventory per cGMP guidelines.

You will assist senior staff, manage documentation flow, schedule equipment maintenance, coordinate training, and help prepare reports while upholding FDA and ISO compliance in a ventilated, well-lit lab environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years related experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Record laboratory testing data in spreadsheets and files.
• Manage the flow of QC Lab documentation into and out of the Laboratory.
• Support FDA and ISO regulatory awareness.
• Assist with audit readiness and QC laboratory budgets.
• Schedule contractors and ensure equipment maintenance is kept on schedule.
