Job summary

Masis Professional Group in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a QC Laboratory Chemist I to join an industry-leading health and wellness manufacturer dedicated to quality and innovation. The role supports cGMP testing and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will perform analytical testing (HPLC, GC, LC), manage lab documentation, and troubleshoot instruments, contributing to product release and investigations. Bachelor’s in Chemistry and 2–5 years' experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of industry experience in a cGMP lab.
• Experience with HPLC, GC and LC is mandatory.
• Hands-on Empower Software experience.
• Proficient in titration, gravimetric methods, and sample prep.
• Strong GMP documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform release, stability, and special-testing of products and materials.
• Execute laboratory methods with minimal supervision.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HPLC, GC, and FTIR.
• Assist with investigations including OOS results.
