Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Lab Analyst III to join a bioanalytical team supporting clinical research. The role centers on analytical QC testing using chromatography (HPLC) and related techniques such as FTIR, dissolution, and Karl Fischer.

You will ensure accurate data, follow SOPs, and contribute to method validation and development, material sampling in ISO environments, and testing of production materials. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology or chemistry required.
• 5+ years of experience in a lab performing HPLC techniques.
• GMP and GDP experience preferred.
• Experience with method validation or method development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses per established protocols.
• Routinely execute HPLC methods related to clinical studies.
• Perform USP and EP test methods.
• Assist in method validation, development, and qualification of compendial methods.
• Sample Raw Materials in ISO classified environments and ship samples as needed.
• Inspect, release, and destruction of production materials and chemicals to manufacturing.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and perform calibrations.
• Support QC activities by reviewing test results and procedures.
