ICON plc in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Lab Analyst I for an on-site role (Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–7pm). You will work within a biomedical laboratory ensuring analytical method development, validation, and routine operation with strong emphasis on quality control and data integrity.

The position requires a science degree and experience in a regulated lab environment, with opportunities to advance in a dynamic, team-focused setting at ICON.

Qualifications

• A Laboratory Education and a Science Degree are required.
• Experience in a regulated laboratory environment (GxP) handling biological samples is highly preferred.
• Attention to detail with minimal errors in routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Route sample processing with different techniques.
• Interpret and report results, approve or reject sample analyses.
• Perform data review for quality control.
• Maintain instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
• Support on-time study completion and laboratory housekeeping.
