Job summary

Threshold-Enterprise is seeking a Laboratory Analyst III to perform hands-on analytical chemistry and microbiology work, lead less experienced staff, and drive method development within a cGMP environment. The role focuses on lab operations while collaborating with QC, R&D, and Planning to resolve issues and improve processes.

The candidate will develop and transfer methods (HPLC, LC-MS, FTIR, ICP-MS) and prepare reports, SOPs and documentation for QA and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Chemistry or related field with lab experience.
• 1+ years in laboratory method development/adaptation in industry or academia.
• Experience leading or training lab staff and coordinating cross-functional work.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and professional attitude.
• Experience with cGMP guidelines and regulatory expectations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead laboratory tasks in chemistry and microbiology functions.
• Develop, transfer, or adapt analytical methods (wet chemistry, HPLC, LC-MS, etc.).
• Provide leadership and training to junior analysts; lead project initiatives.
• Review, approve, and release test results and SOP updates; write reports and procedures.
• Assist with data management, analytics, and QA support; participate in audits.
