Dexcom in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Receiving Inspection/Quality Operations professional to support material flow, inventory transactions, and QA inspections in a dynamic environment. You will train staff, distribute workloads, and maintain records to ensure compliance and product quality.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience and a High School diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in Oracle, 1Factory, and Oracle Fusion. Expect 0–5% travel and collaborative teamwork.

  • Identify problems and propose timely, cost-effective solutions.
  • Perform geometric tolerance evaluations and inspect assemblies and materials.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional quality inspections on incoming or in-process items.
  • Utilize Office apps and Oracle-based systems to support operations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.

As part of Receiving Inspection and Quality Operations, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to support inventory accuracy, inspect incoming and in-process materials, drive continuous improvement, and help maintain efficient daily operations. Where you come in:
  • You are responsible for supporting material flow, part storage, and accurate inventory transactions within the MRP system.
  • You assist with new hire training and provide group training records to the Supervisor.
  • You help distribute daily workloads within the department to support operational goals.
  • You maintain the filing and archiving process for Receiving Inspection Reports.
  • You attend department meetings as required and contribute to team objectives.
  • You identify problems and propose timely, cost-effective solutions that meet quality standards.
  • You perform geometric tolerance evaluations, inspect electronic assemblies, and apply acceptance sampling plans.
  • You conduct visual and/or dimensional quality inspections and testing of incoming quarantined materials, in-process materials, labeling, and final commercial products.
  • You utilize Microsoft Office applications and database systems such as Oracle, 1Factory, and Oracle Fusion to support daily operations.
  • You communicate and collaborate effectively and professionally with team members and cross-functional partners.
  • You perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
