Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Receiving Inspection professional in Mesa, AZ to support material flow, inventory accuracy, and QA inspections. You will perform geometric tolerance evaluations, visual and dimensional inspections, and maintain documentation to ensure product quality and compliance.

With 4–6 years of related experience and a high school diploma, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, use Oracle products and MS Office, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced CGM

As part of Receiving Inspection and Quality Operations, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to support inventory accuracy, inspect incoming and in-process materials, drive continuous improvement, and help maintain efficient daily operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where team members support one another, share knowledge, and are committed to excellence, you'll feel right at home on this team.Where you come in:You are responsible for supporting material flow, part storage, and accurate inventory transactions within the MRP system.You assist with new hire training and provide group training records to the Supervisor.You help distribute daily workloads within the department to support operational goals.You maintain the filing and archiving process for Receiving Inspection Reports.You attend department meetings as required and contribute to team objectives.You identify problems and propose timely, cost-effective solutions that meet quality standards.You perform geometric tolerance evaluations, inspect electronic assemblies, and apply acceptance sampling plans.You conduct visual and/or dimensional quality inspections and testing of incoming quarantined materials, in-process materials, labeling, and final commercial products.You utilize Microsoft Office applications and database systems such as Oracle, 1Factory, and Oracle Fusion to support daily operations.You communicate and collaborate effectively and professionally with team members and cross-functional partners.You perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.What makes you successful:You have strong organizational and planning skills that enable you to manage priorities and support the achievement of daily goals.You communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.You use available resources to resolve issues efficiently and in a timely manner.You bring strong interpersonal skills and foster collaboration to help teams achieve shared goals.What you’ll get:A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
