Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Receiving Inspection and Quality Operations teammate in the U.S. to support material flow, inventory accuracy, and inspection of incoming and in-process materials.

You will train new hires and help meet daily department goals in a fast-paced environment, using Oracle, 1Factory, and Fusion to track documentation. You will perform geometric tolerance evaluations and sampling, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and propose cost-effective quality improvements while

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–6 years of related experience and a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with receiving inspection, materials handling, and quality control.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to train others.

Responsibilities

  • Support material flow, part storage, and accurate inventory transactions in the MRP system.
  • Assist with new hire training and provide training records to the Supervisor.
  • Distribute daily workloads and participate in department meetings.
  • Perform geometric tolerance evaluations and quality inspections of materials and assemblies.
  • Communicate with cross-functional partners and maintain documentation in Oracle/1Factory/Oracle Fusion.
  • Identify problems and propose timely, cost-effective solutions that meet quality standards.

Join a collaborative and quality-focused team that plays a critical role in ensuring the materials, components, and products used at Dexcom meet the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and performance. As part of Receiving Inspection and Quality Operations, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to support inventory accuracy, inspect incoming and in-process materials, drive continuous improvement, and help maintain efficient daily operations. Where you come in:
  • You are responsible for supporting material flow, part storage, and accurate inventory transactions within the MRP system.
  • You assist with new hire training and provide group training records to the Supervisor.
  • You help distribute daily workloads within the department to support operational goals.
  • You maintain the filing and archiving process for Receiving Inspection Reports.
  • You attend department meetings as required and contribute to team objectives.
  • You identify problems and propose timely, cost-effective solutions that meet quality standards.
  • You perform geometric tolerance evaluations, inspect electronic assemblies, and apply acceptance sampling plans.
  • You conduct visual and/or dimensional quality inspections and testing of incoming quarantined materials, in-process materials, labeling, and final commercial products.
  • You utilize Microsoft Office applications and database systems such as Oracle, 1Factory, and Oracle Fusion to support daily operations.
  • You communicate and collaborate effectively and professionally with team members and cross-functional partners.
  • You perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
