Dexcom Corporation, a pioneer in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), is seeking a Quality Inspector to join the Quality team in Mesa, AZ. You will perform in-process and final product reviews, ensure GDP compliance, and support manufacturing operations across cross-functional teams.

This role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new processes while contributing to patient safety and product excellence. Experience in regulated manufacturing is preferred.

Formación

• 0-2 years of related experience and a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing, quality, or medical device environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and quality systems.
• Ability to review documentation accurately and identify inconsistencies or errors.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform in-process and final product reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, proper formatting, signatures, dates, and GDP compliance.
• Maintain compliance with operating procedures and complete required training before tasks.
• Inspect finished product labeling to verify specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve line clearance activities to support manufacturing readiness.
• Conduct in-process quality audits within manufacturing areas to ensure GDP compliance.
• Assist with Non-Conforming Material Report (NCMR) activities during manufacturing of products.
• Perform in-process product inspections and testing to verify quality requirements.

Join Dexcom's Quality team and play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and quality of life-changing Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) products. As a Quality Inspector, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations, maintain compliance standards, and help ensure that every product meets the highest quality expectations. Where You Come In

• You will perform in-process and final product reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, proper formatting, signatures, dates, and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).


• You will maintain compliance with operating procedures and complete all required training before performing assigned tasks.


• You will ensure manufacturing documentation is legible, complete, accurate, and compliant with quality requirements.


• You will inspect finished product labeling to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.


• You will review and approve line clearance activities to support manufacturing readiness.


• You will perform in-process quality audits within manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures and GDP standards.


• You will assist with Non-Conforming Material Report (NCMR) activities during the manufacturing of commercial and clinical products.


• You will conduct in-process product inspections and testing to verify quality requirements are met.


• You will develop a strong understanding of manufacturing processes to effectively support quality operations.


• You will provide training and guidance to new team members as needed.


• You will embrace new challenges and support evolving business needs across various areas within the Quality Department.


• You will maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.


• You will perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• You have experience using or can quickly learn systems such as Agile/PLM, Oracle, Camstar, or similar software platforms.
