Job summary

  • Maintain filing and archiving for Receiving Inspection Reports.
  • Attend department meetings and contribute to team objectives.
  • Identify problems and propose timely, cost-effective quality solutions.
  • Perform geometric tolerance evaluations and inspect electronic assemblies.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming, in-process materials and final products.
  • Use Microsoft Office and Oracle/1Factory/Oracle Fusion to support operations.

As part of Receiving Inspection and Quality Operations, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to support inventory accuracy, inspect incoming and in-process materials, drive continuous improvement, and help maintain efficient daily operations. Where you come in:
  • You are responsible for supporting material flow, part storage, and accurate inventory transactions within the MRP system.
  • You assist with new hire training and provide group training records to the Supervisor.
  • You help distribute daily workloads within the department to support operational goals.

  • You perform geometric tolerance evaluations, inspect electronic assemblies, and apply acceptance sampling plans.
  • You conduct visual and/or dimensional quality inspections and testing of incoming quarantined materials, in-process materials, labeling, and final commercial products.
  • You utilize Microsoft Office applications and database systems such as Oracle, 1Factory, and Oracle Fusion to support daily operations.
  • You communicate and collaborate effectively and professionally with team members and cross-functional partners.
  • You perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
