Job summary

Perrigo in New York, NY is hiring an Analytical Lab Technician to support quality and compliance for raw materials, finished products, and stability samples. You will prepare solutions and reagents, perform laboratory testing with HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, and IR, and work both independently and with the team to meet manufacturing needs.

The role requires a BS in Chemistry or Food Science (Biology also acceptable) and 1–2 years GMP/FDA regulated experience, or an AS with 5+ years of relevant work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a scientific discipline with lab experience.
• 1–2 years GMP/FDA-regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to document clearly and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing on lab samples including raw materials and finished products.
• Test materials per cGMP requirements and participate in investigations.
• Maintain lab work area and assist with general cleaning.
• Use HPLC/UPLC, GC, UV, IR and related software.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
