Job summary

US Pharma Lab in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Chemist, QC I–III in a regulated FDA environment, performing analytical testing of materials and finished products. The role supports cGMP and strong documentation practices in a fast-paced QC lab.

Progression from entry level to senior, with hands-on work on HPLC/UPLC, GC, ICP-MS, UV-Vis, FTIR, and dissolution, ensuring quality and timely release of materials. Extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field.
• Experience with cGMP and QA regulatory requirements.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine chemical and physical analysis of materials.
• Operate QC instrumentation including HPLC/UPLC, GC, and KF.
• Prepare reagents and samples, document results.
• Support investigations of OOS results and customer complaints.
• Review QC documentation and SOPs; assist with method validation.
• Maintain lab safety and compliance.
