Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in science or 2 years' chemistry lab experience; chemistry/biochemistry preferred.
• 2 years analytical chemistry lab work in GMP environment; ability to tackle moderately complex challenges.
• Must be able to lift at least 5 liters of liquid.
• Authorized to work in the United States; Lilly does not sponsor work authorizations or visas.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of routine lab samples per GMP and safety guidelines.
• Conduct SPV of analytical data and participate in investigations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate results.
• Provide technical mentoring and share best practices within the lab.
• Support production through change proposals and root cause analysis.
