Qualifications

• Education: A graduate or higher level degree in professional nursing from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the collection, monitoring, and reporting of data for QAPI, AAAHC, and internal reporting processes, including performance reviews and corrective action plans.
• Investigate, plan and implement corrective action for problems related to hospital systems safety of patients, staff, and public relations.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulations from state and federal government and other accrediting bodies.
• Auditing charts for appropriateness of hospitalization, continued stay, and quality of care against established criteria.
