Job summary

The Good Samaritan Sioux Falls Center is seeking a full-time Clinical Care Leader (RN) to lead nursing care, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality resident outcomes. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, delegation, and documentation in compliance with standards.

Strong communication and clinical reasoning are essential. Minimum RN licensure in SD required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred
• Minimum two years’ clinical experience preferred
• Current RN license in state of practice (or multi-state) and BLS

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process in the home setting
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care
• Lead department tasks, supervise unlicensed personnel, and participate in quality initiatives
