Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive clinical experience with at least 2 years in Medicare-certified Home Health.
• 2 years in quality, compliance, QA, clinical documentation review, OASIS review/education, or QAPI leadership.
• Must be able to fulfill the role of Nurse Supervisor per Texas requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the agency's QAPI program and oversee documentation and clinical quality processes.
• Establish measurable quality priorities and governance cadence with documented minutes.
• Lead PIPs using PDSA/Lean methods addressing high-risk areas and patient safety.
• Ensure data from multiple sources informs quality improvements and CMS guidance.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to set documentation standards and reduce denials.
