Job summary

MTM Transit is seeking a QA Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor to manage daily maintenance operations, oversee quality checks, and lead a small team of technicians. You’ll ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, ADA, EPA, and contract requirements, review DVIRs, and coordinate work orders to keep the fleet safe and ready.

The role requires 4+ years in automotive maintenance and prior supervision, with a valid driver’s license and ability to drive the company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years automotive mechanical experience.
• 4+ years’ experience with gasoline and diesel engine repairs.
• Prior supervision of employees in the maintenance field.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license.

The QA Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor will perform compliance and quality inspections on vehicles and facilities in accordance with company and contract requirements by overseeing all vehicle maintenance needs, as well as the Maintenance Technician team. The QA Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor will review daily operators pre-trip and post trip reports, including the close out technicians work orders.
