MTM Transit in Sonora, CA seeks a Manager, Maintenance to lead a fleet maintenance program focused on safety, efficiency, and reliability. You will oversee diagnostic work, preventative tasks, and vendor relations to support day-to-day operations.
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of automotive maintenance and prior fleet management experience, with a strong understanding of ADA, DOT, and FTA regulations. The role supports on-site operations and driving safety programs.

The Manager, Maintenance oversees and maintains an effective fleet maintenance program to ensure that fleet vehicles are maintained in an effective and safety conscious manner. The Manager, Maintenance will be able to perform duties in a timely manner and advise higher-level manager of any potential issues that could affect the overall performance and longevity of the fleet.
This position is contingent on award of contract and will be located on site at our location in Sonora, CA for the Tuolumne County Transit service.
Salary Min: $78,560
Salary Max: $117,840
