Qualifications

• Two+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Child support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, defines, and reviews work and workflow of a team of mailroom and case initiation specialists.
• Collaborates with management to set goals and expectations for the team.
• Evaluates performance, provides feedback, coaches and counsels team members.
• Proactively identifies problems and implements solutions.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of all case information.
• Attends and participates in management meetings.
