Job summary

Purdue University seeks a Quality Assurance and Training/Process Administrator to ensure delivery of APPA level standards through inspection reporting and data‑driven analysis. This role links leadership with field teams using SAP, ArcGIS, and advanced Excel reporting, while developing training coordination and SOPs to promote safety, efficiency, and service excellence.

The typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and change leadership capabilities.
• Experience with SAP, ArcGIS, and advanced Excel reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of APPA level standards via inspection reporting and data-driven analysis.
• Serve as operational link between leadership and field teams using SAP, ArcGIS and Excel reporting.
• Develop and deliver training program coordination and SOPs; promote safety, efficiency and service excellence.
