Job summary

EY is seeking a Testing Subject Matter Expert to design, build and lead software testing initiatives across diverse client engagements. You will drive test strategy, automation, UAT coordination and IT delivery management in a dynamic, globally connected environment.

You’ll work with modern tech stacks and frameworks, contributing to innovative tooling and analytics while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to accelerate project delivery and ensure quality across financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments.
• Technical competency in Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, UAT Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management, CRM, ERP, and IT Delivery Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide testing subject matter expertise and resolve complex issues for clients.
• Advise engagement teams on resolutions and influence stakeholders on testing outcomes.
