Job summary

EY is seeking experienced QA professionals to design, build, deploy and customize complex testing solutions for financial services clients. You will work across languages and technologies, applying test strategy and automation to accelerate software delivery and data-driven insights.

You will engage with clients, drive quality, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement while expanding your skills in modern testing frameworks and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Accounting/Finance or related field and ~5 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments
• Technical competency in Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, User Acceptance Test Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management, CRM, ERP, and data management

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies and QA for large, complex projects
• Coordinate UAT with business users and stakeholders
• Develop and extend automation frameworks and testing tools
• Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Support business development through testing-related insights and capabilities
