Job summary

EY is seeking a testing and automation specialist to design, build, and deploy advanced testing solutions across multiple client projects. You will work with modern tech stacks (web, microservices) and drive automation initiatives to improve software delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments.
• Technical competency in Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, UAT coordination, IT Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management, CRM, ERP, data management or IT delivery management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and customize complex technical solutions for software delivery and system integration projects.
• Focus on software testing acceleration and automation across projects.
• Provide testing SME guidance and resolve complex client issues with engagement teams.
