Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned testing professional to design, build and deploy complex software solutions for Financial Services clients. You will drive testing strategy, automation, and quality across large projects, advising clients and engagement teams on best practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration across diverse teams, with opportunities to learn new technologies, frameworks and approaches to modern software delivery within EY’s Global Services network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; approximately 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Technical competency in Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, UAT Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management, CRM, ERP, EDM, IT Life cycle Management or IT Delivery Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and customize complex technical solutions for accelerated software delivery and system integration.
• Contribute to testing strategy, planning, execution and quality assurance for large, complex projects.
• Provide testing expertise to clients and engagement teams, influencing resolutions and building credibility.
