Job summary

EY is seeking a highly capable QA/testing leader to design, build, and deploy complex testing solutions within our financial services-focused practices. You will work across Java-based projects and modern front-end stacks, driving automation, UAT coordination, and strategy development.

The role emphasizes collaboration across diverse client teams and a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable testing frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ~5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments.
• Technical competency in Test Strategy, IT Transformation, and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and customize complex technical solutions for software delivery and system integration.
• Work with Java and other technologies (web, .NET, Python) and databases.
• Develop and extend testing frameworks and automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Provide testing subject matter expertise and guide engagement teams on resolutions.
