Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a testing professional to design, build, deploy and customize testing solutions for complex software delivery projects. Most work centers on automated testing and innovative tools to improve quality.

You will work with a diverse client base, collaborating across teams to define test strategies, coordinate UAT, and advance IT transformation programs within the financial services sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/Accounting/Finance or related field, with about 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments.
• Technical competency in Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, UAT Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management, CRM, ERP, and IT Delivery Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide testing subject matter expertise and solve complex problems for clients.
• Build credibility as an advisor to clients and engagement teams on resolutions affecting industries.
