Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Guntersville, AL is seeking a QA Technician 2nd Shift to ensure regulatory, food safety, and customer requirements are met. The role involves collaborating with Supervisors, conducting checks, and maintaining accurate records in MYQM.

The candidate should have a High School diploma or GED, QA experience preferred, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift 12:20 PM–10:00 PM with possible variations.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• QA experience is a plus.
• Computer skills required.
• Must read/write in English.
• Complete QA Assessment test.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production Supervisors and Managers to ensure regulatory, food safety and customer standards.
• Complete departmental QA checks and upload data into MYQM.
• Communicate effectively across departments.
• Perform measurements, calculations and verifications with math skills.
• Work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Lift up to 40 lbs as needed and work in cold/hot environments.
• Learn and follow HACCP procedures and pass examinations.
