Pilgrim’s in Guntersville, AL is seeking a dedicated QA Technician to work closely with Production Supervisors and Managers to ensure regulatory, food safety, and customer requirements are met in production areas. The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, HACCP training, and English literacy for documentation.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 2nd shift hours 12:20PM–10:00PM, plus benefits after 60 days, including Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage, 401(k) with company match,

Qualificações

• High School or GED education.
• Read/write in English.
• Complete QA Assessment test.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with Production Supervisors and Managers to ensure compliance with all regulatory, food safety, and customer standards.
• Complete required departmental checks and accurately upload all information into MYQM.
• Communicate effectively with team members across departments.
• Read, write, and understand English to meet documentation and communication requirements.
• Apply strong math skills to perform measurements, calculations, and verification tasks.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Use sound reasoning and judgment to make decisions in real time.
• Work flexible hours as needed to support production demands.
• Perform job duties in cold or hot environments for extended periods.
• Learn and follow HACCP System procedures; successfully pass all required HACCP examinations.
• Lift up to 40 lbs as needed to complete job tasks.
• Other duties as assigned
