Pilgrim’s in Guntersville, AL is seeking a QA Technician 2nd Shift to ensure regulatory, food safety, and customer requirements are met. The role involves collaborating with Supervisors, conducting checks, and maintaining accurate records in MYQM.

The candidate should have a High School diploma or GED, QA experience preferred, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift 12:20 PM–10:00 PM with possible variations.

• Computer skills required.

• Complete QA Assessment test.

• Learn and follow HACCP procedures and pass examinations.

Purpose and Scope/General Summary

We are looking for a QA Technician to work at Pilgrim’s in Guntersville, AL

Pilgrim’s in Guntersville, AL is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented QA Technician to work closely with Production Supervisors and Managers to ensure all regulatory, food safety, and customer requirements are consistently met within production areas.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Production Supervisors and Managers to ensure compliance with all regulatory, food safety, and customer standards.
• Complete required departmental checks and accurately upload all information into MYQM.
• Communicate effectively with team members across departments.
• Read, write, and understand English to meet documentation and communication requirements.
• Apply strong math skills to perform measurements, calculations, and verification tasks.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Use sound reasoning and judgment to make decisions in real time.
• Work flexible hours as needed to support production demands.
• Perform job duties in cold or hot environments for extended periods.
• Learn and follow HACCP System procedures; successfully pass all required HACCP examinations.
• Lift up to 40 lbs as needed to complete job tasks.
• Other duties as assigned
