Looking to hire a QA Technical Support 3D Artist to work with the Product management team in our 3D & Immersive organization. This role will support our solutions for 3D staging within graphic design, compositing, and digital imaging space. The QA Technical Support Artist will own the customer support training and be the first level of triaging customer support issues. They will be a direct part of the product development team, advocating for the issues that need to be fixed, and being a voice of the customer in planning events. We are looking for a team member who is passionate about improving workflows to create powerful, reliable 3D tools.
