*Description:*
SMEs with backgrounds that include visual arts, design, fine art, graphic art, tv/filmmaking production, animation, social/viral content creation, illustration, etc., are sought to work on content recipe generation for visual models including Imagine and MovieGen, as well as visual evaluations.

*Summary:*
An AI Artist is responsible for creating AI visual and multimodal content. This role involves collaborating closely with content product engineering and design teams to absorb knowledge, identify opportunities, and develop concepts and treatments to bring ideas to life—from pitching to prompting to refining visual content experiences. The artist also works with stakeholders to establish a cohesive visual style, voice, and tone for content. A strong understanding of AI artist communities on social media, current trends, and their impact on internet culture is essential. We seek a conceptual thinker with solid artistry and technical skills, capable of adapting to various guidelines, attentive to production details, and comfortable in a fast-paced corporate tech environment.

*Responsibilities:*

1. Deliver compelling, beautiful, and clear content through prompting, with a high level of finish and polish to meet user needs.
2. Generate content pitches and mockups for stakeholders, including product engineering and design teams.
3. Design prompts and manage the content pipeline through deployment.
4. Optimize content by testing, evaluating, enhancing performance, and instructing partners and designers on best practices.
5. Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

*Skills:*

1. Experience in prompt engineering, visual and multimodal content, and design systems like Figma and Photoshop.
2. Online portfolio showcasing relevant AI visual artistry work (include link on your resume).
3. Proven ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects.
4. Effective communication skills within and across teams, including engineers and creatives.
5. Ability to work independently and manage one's own hours.
6. Experience shipping products under strict deadlines.

*Education/Experience:*
A minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least one year specifically using GenAI tools. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required.

*Pay and Benefits:*
The pay range is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, EAP, PTO, and more, subject to eligibility and plan specifics.
