Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a QA lead to steer a testing team in delivering comprehensive test coverage for software projects. You will design test plans and scripts, run manual and automated tests, analyze results, and propose improvements while mentoring junior testers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degrees in computing or IT and professional certifications (ISTQB, Java SE 8)
• Strong QA background with testing, security testing and risk management
• Proven leadership in QA/testing with process improvement and mentoring

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of testers to execute testing activities.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.
• Monitor and report on testing progress and elevate issues as needed.
